Key Responsibilities

- Learn to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information through guided practice.
- Develop proficiency in using our customer relationship management (CRM) software and other essential tools.
- Practice professional and empathetic communication with customers via phone, email, and chat, under supervision.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand complex issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards as guided by training.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being open to feedback and continuously seeking to improve.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
