Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, offering assistance and making a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate, detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions, events, and dining options.
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and entertainment, leveraging extensive local knowledge.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, bell desk) to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
- Manage luggage handling, mail, and package delivery services as required.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of local services, amenities, and points of interest.
