Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport corporate clients, executives, and/or personal passengers to their destinations.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and road closures.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled appointments and pickups.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall excellent condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding passenger information and business matters.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the schedule.
Required Skills
- Valid South African driving license (Code 08/B or higher)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience (corporate or personal)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Excellent knowledge of Rustenburg and surrounding North West routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced/Defensive Driving certificate
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles
- Fluent in multiple local languages (e.g., Setswana, Afrikaans, English)
