Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently to guest rooms.
- Set up and present meal trays according to established standards, ensuring appealing presentation.
- Collect used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guest rooms and designated service areas promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, trolleys, and equipment.
- Interact with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, anticipating their needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to management as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards, including proper food handling.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor inventory of room service supplies and report shortages.
