Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and maintain an accurate balance of daily transactions.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
