Your role will involve managing data integrity, developing custom reports and dashboards, and providing essential user training and support. We operate in a fast-paced environment where data accuracy and system reliability are paramount. You will be expected to proactively identify areas for improvement within our CRM system, suggest innovative solutions, and stay abreast of the latest CRM best practices and features. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. If you thrive in an autonomous yet collaborative setting and are eager to make a significant impact on our client engagement strategy, we encourage you to apply and become a key player in our remote-first success story.
