Key Responsibilities

- Ensure food display areas are clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing throughout service hours.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as portioning, plating, and garnishing, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafeteria, including dining areas, serving stations, and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of food items, beverages, and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any operational issues.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and waste management.
