Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior tailors with garment alterations, repairs, and customisations.
- Learn to take precise body measurements and mark garments accurately for adjustments.
- Operate and maintain industrial and domestic sewing machines.
- Understand different fabric types and appropriate sewing techniques.
- Perform basic hand stitching and finishing techniques.
- Assist with fitting sessions, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Receive, inspect, and prepare garments for tailoring services.
- Liaise with retail staff to ensure seamless customer service.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by the company.

- Basic knowledge of sewing and garment construction (can be self-taught or from school).
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
