Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple team members and executives.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
  • Send meeting invitations, confirmations, and reminders to all participants.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and necessary materials in advance.
  • Liaise with clients, candidates, and partners to arrange suitable meeting times.

Required Skills
