Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the commercial building premises, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire, and other security risks.
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment, promptly responding to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Manage access control systems, verifying credentials for entry, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols and coordinating with emergency services if necessary.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation, maintaining thorough records of all security-related events.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining order within the premises.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting tenants and visitors with inquiries, directions, and security concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating security equipment, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
