This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals transitioning into the UX field who are ready to make a tangible impact from day one. You’ll be instrumental in gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data that informs critical design decisions, directly shaping the future of our digital solutions.

- Take detailed notes during user interviews, usability sessions, and focus groups, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in data synthesis and analysis, identifying patterns, themes, and actionable insights under senior guidance.
- Support the creation of research reports, presentations, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize research documentation, including participant databases and data repositories.
- Collaborate effectively with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the design and development process.
- Continuously learn and apply new research methodologies and tools under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Contribute to the improvement of research processes and practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Figma).
- Experience with statistical software or basic data analysis.
- Prior experience in conducting interviews or surveys (academic projects or internships count).
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
