Key Responsibilities
- Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
- Provide expert styling advice and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is always aesthetically pleasing and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, restocking the sales floor, and conducting stock counts.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.

Required Skills
