As a Petrol Station Attendant, you are the face of our service, the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient, friendly, and safe fuel dispensing services, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. You’ll be entrusted with handling cash and electronic payments accurately, operating the point-of-sale system, and reconciling daily transactions. This includes regular checks of fuel pumps, ensuring cleanliness of the forecourt and customer service areas, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers' vehicles.
  • Process cash, card, and other electronic payments efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
  • Conduct routine checks of vehicle fluid levels (oil, water) as requested by customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt, pumps, and service areas.
  • Reconcile daily sales and transactions accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents immediately.
  • Assist with basic inventory management, including receiving and stocking convenience items if applicable.
