Key Responsibilities
- Edit, proofread, and review technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and adherence to style guides.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and messaging across all documentation types (user manuals, API documentation, release notes, online help, FAQs).
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly language for various target audiences.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Editor, Technical Writer, or similar role in a software or technology company.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including superior grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical concepts, and IT terminology.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, Markdown, MS Word, Google Docs).
- Ability to analyze, organize, and present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- Experience applying and enforcing style guides (e.g., Chicago Manual of Style, Microsoft Manual of Style).
