Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain studio recording equipment, including microphones, mixing consoles, outboard gear, and monitoring systems.

- Collaborate closely with artists, producers, and directors to achieve desired sonic outcomes.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on studio equipment.
- Manage and organize audio files, session data, and backups efficiently.
- Stay updated with new audio technologies, software, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance during sessions to optimize performance and workflow.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live).
- Solid understanding of audio engineering principles, acoustics, and signal processing.
- Demonstrable experience with microphone placement and recording techniques.
- Strong mixing and mastering abilities, with an excellent ear for detail.
- Familiarity with various audio plugins and virtual instruments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for audio hardware and software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
