Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional information, guiding clients through Career.zycto’s services and processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and follow-up activities between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and talent acquisition teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client experience.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client engagement, satisfaction metrics, and common support trends.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a client support, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of empathy, patience, and a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience within the recruitment, HR, or staffing industry.
