Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Career.zycto's brand and business objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Craft engaging, high-quality, and shareable content (text, image, video) that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply new ideas to improve social media presence.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and optimize strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and community partners to amplify brand reach and reputation.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and ROI.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically in brand promotion.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
