Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior routing specialists in planning and optimizing daily delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance of delivery information, ensuring accuracy in our logistical systems.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customer service to relay important updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor real-time delivery progress and assist in re-routing as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Prepare daily delivery manifests and other essential documentation for dispatch.
