Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
- Execute general carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks as needed.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report necessary repairs or maintenance work.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment for events or meetings.
- Ensure all common areas, offices, and restrooms are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
