Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal operational needs to inform policy development.
- Draft, review, update, and maintain comprehensive corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines across various functional areas.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, human resources, and other departments to gather input, ensure alignment, and secure approval for new or revised policies.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices, assessing their potential impact on Career.zycto and recommending necessary policy adjustments.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on policy interpretation, application, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to educate employees on new or updated policies.

Required Skills
