Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging and effective learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments and employee levels.
- Manage the full training cycle, from curriculum development and content creation to delivery and post-training evaluation, ensuring measurable impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Select and manage external training vendors and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment.
- Implement and manage learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D programs and report on their effectiveness and impact to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging L&D trends, and innovative learning technologies to continuously evolve our offerings.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior Learning & Development role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills for L&D initiatives.
- Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and various training methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs.
- Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and innovative virtual training approaches.
- Experience with talent management systems beyond just an LMS.
