Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize customer service processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High degree of empathy and ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency with common office software and web-based applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a remote customer service role.
- Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support platforms.
