Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, pain points, and technical needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design and propose comprehensive technical solutions, architectures, and implementation strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead or participate in the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise-level software solutions and systems.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to project teams during all phases of solution delivery, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams to foster understanding and adoption of solutions.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and stability of implemented systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings and technical capabilities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architect, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Proven experience with system integration, API development, and data migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, E-commerce, Cloud platforms).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
