This role is for a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Sembawang Hills, Singapore. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure developed solutions are scalable, secure, performant, resilient, and maintainable.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and present architectural solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, diagrams, and design specifications.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an architecture role with significant hands-on design and implementation.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and applying various software design patterns.
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, .NET).
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies, both relational and NoSQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
