Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear and well-defined set of deliverables for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience and product value.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication regarding product development and releases.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet market needs and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Software Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to define, prioritize, and manage a product backlog effectively.
- Experience in writing clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
