Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled scaffolding installers with the assembly, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to blueprints and safety regulations.
- Transport, load, and unload scaffolding components (tubes, planks, couplers, etc.) to and from work sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of scaffolding equipment under supervision.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and construction site regulations.
- Follow instructions from lead scaffolders and supervisors accurately and efficiently.
- Support general site activities as required, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions diligently.
