Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team, including document control, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in managing and tracking site materials, equipment, and inventory levels to prevent delays.
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries to the site, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt of goods.
- Help maintain a safe and tidy construction site, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of site-specific safety plans and assist with daily safety briefings.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with the preparation of site reports, progress updates, and other project documentation.
- Facilitate site meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Perform general site upkeep tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding site activities, materials, or safety to the appropriate personnel promptly.
