Key Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver documents, packages, and other items to various locations within Abuja as assigned.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately recorded, including sender, recipient, date, and time of delivery.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all items entrusted for delivery.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents, when not on delivery duties.
- Operate and maintain company assigned tools or vehicles (if applicable) responsibly and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with office staff regarding delivery status, potential delays, or any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies during transit.
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients and internal staff during interactions.
