Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate effective learning and development strategies and programs that align with organisational objectives.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development areas across various departments and employee levels.
- Design and deliver engaging, innovative training materials and workshops, utilising a blend of in-person, virtual, and e-learning methodologies.
- Manage and maintain our learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external providers to source, customise, and deliver specialised training content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, demonstrating measurable improvements in employee performance and engagement.
- Coach and mentor employees and managers on best practices in learning, development, and talent management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning technologies and adult learning principles.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in developing e-learning content and managing an LMS.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent professional L&D certification.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce and implementing inclusive learning practices.
- Familiarity with talent management software and performance appraisal systems.
