Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and proactive WordPress Support Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for WordPress websites, themes, and plugins via ticketing system, email, and occasional direct calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex WordPress issues, including theme/plugin conflicts, database errors, PHP errors, and server-related problems.
  • Perform routine website maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Optimize website performance, load times, and search engine visibility.
  • Assist clients with WordPress core updates, migrations, and new feature implementations.
  • Educate clients on WordPress best practices and self-service solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for common issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams on more complex projects or escalated issues.
  • Stay current with the latest WordPress developments, security vulnerabilities, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in WordPress support or development.
  • Proficiency with WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP fundamentals.
  • Experience with MySQL database management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with web hosting environments (cPanel, WHM, Plesk) and DNS management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule environment.

Preferred Qualifications
