Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the aircraft cabin, ensuring all safety equipment is operational and cabin is clean and orderly.
  • Welcome passengers aboard and assist with seating and baggage storage.
  • Perform safety demonstrations, explaining the use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities to passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Attend to passengers' needs and special requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to passenger inquiries, concerns, and medical emergencies.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and order during the flight and after landing.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain order in the cabin during turbulence, emergencies, or other situations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate flight reports, including passenger manifest, catering, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots and other crew members to ensure a smooth and safe flight operation.
  • Undergo continuous training to maintain certifications and stay updated on aviation safety standards and customer service protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in additional international languages (e.g., French, German, Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures (training will be provided)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
