Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure adherence to established cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of room attendants, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement efficient room inspection checklists and procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, liaising with the maintenance department for timely resolution.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Handle guest complaints related to room cleanliness or condition with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate records, and contribute to departmental performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations at all times.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating deep cleaning projects and special assignments.
