Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative digital art projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Develop and maintain Econet's visual brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design and produce a wide range of digital assets including illustrations, infographics, animations, UI/UX elements, web graphics, and social media content.
- Mentor and provide artistic guidance to a team of digital artists, fostering skill development and creative growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and content teams to align visual strategies with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our digital art capabilities and suggest innovative approaches.
- Oversee the quality control of all digital art outputs, ensuring high standards of creativity and technical execution.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Lead Digital Artist or Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years in a professional setting.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital art, illustration, and design projects, demonstrating a strong artistic vision.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) is essential.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital media.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment, managing tasks independently and as part of a group.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
