Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and stationery.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and empty waste bins.
- Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
