As a Virtual Campaign Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our client campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO).
- Manage campaign timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure projects stay on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams (strategy, content, design, media buying) and external clients.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive campaign briefs, performance reports, and regular updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and key metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for optimisation, and contribute to insightful post-campaign analysis.
- Assist in content scheduling, asset management, and quality assurance for all campaign deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks or issues and work to resolve them efficiently, escalating concerns to relevant managers when necessary.
- Maintain organised documentation of all campaign-related assets, communications, approvals, and learnings for future reference.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a campaign coordination, project management, or similar role within a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing department.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC) and their interdependencies.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
