Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations.
