Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and carts.
- Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
