As a Bell Desk Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process, assisting guests with their luggage, providing information, and responding to various requests with efficiency and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

You will be responsible for managing luggage storage, coordinating porter services, and offering valuable assistance to guests with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, and hotel services. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet arriving guests and assist them with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to their rooms.
  • Assist departing guests by collecting luggage from their rooms and arranging transportation as needed.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Manage the bell desk operations, including luggage storage, retrieval, and maintaining clear records.
  • Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized bell desk area, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems to management.
  • Assist with special deliveries, messages, and amenity requests for guests.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety and security procedures and guidelines.

  • Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg)
