Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linen and make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all items are in working order.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces including windows and mirrors.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items promptly to management.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and stocked housekeeping cart and linen closets.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, including handling of lost and found items.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
