Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Guide clients through successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing utilization of Career.zycto's platform.
  • Provide expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex client issues, escalating to product and engineering teams as needed.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure product adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement and communicate client feedback to internal development teams.
  • Monitor client health, usage, and performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to maximize their ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to effectively advise clients on best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software solutions and API integrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
