Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) with their tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas efficiently and safely.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary equipment and safety barriers.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Clear debris, waste, and hazardous materials from the site to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific rules rigorously without exception.
- Perform general manual labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman to support project progress.
- Support site logistics, including assisting with traffic management and pedestrian safety when required.
- Actively participate in site meetings and daily safety briefings to stay informed and contribute to a safe culture.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and willingness to learn more.
- Commitment to attendance and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Residency in UAE with a valid visa (or eligibility to obtain one upon hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a construction or heavy manual labor role is highly advantageous.

- Valid UAE driver's license (preferable, but not essential for the role).
