Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior textile operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Load raw materials (e.g., fibers, yarns) into machines and unload finished or semi-finished products.
- Perform routine checks on machine performance and product quality, reporting any issues promptly.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and components, notifying supervisors of potential shortages.
- Support the packing and preparation of finished textile products for dispatch.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow.
- Learn and apply new techniques and procedures as required, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
