Absolute Digital Media is seeking a talented Remote Paid Ads Specialist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, for a diverse client base. From initial strategy and keyword research to daily optimisation, budget management, and comprehensive reporting, your expertise will directly impact client success and our agency’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage highly effective paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with designers for engaging ad creatives.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign elements to improve performance.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive reports on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and client success teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion, new ad formats, and innovative strategies to enhance client results.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing significant paid advertising budgets (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads).
  • Proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns and achieving client objectives.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, ad extensions, and campaign structuring.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
