Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles, coordinating with the concierge or front desk staff.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are consistently clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Deliver newspapers, packages, and messages to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel services, amenities, and room layouts.
- Support housekeeping and front office teams with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all hotel security, safety, and operational procedures.
