Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning interventions for both internal staff and client engagements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives using clear metrics and data analysis, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance program delivery and engagement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships effectively.
- Mentor and develop a potential future L&D team, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure L&D programs support overall business objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
