Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Brand Partnerships Manager to join our innovative global marketing team. This is a pivotal remote role designed for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying, cultivating, and managing high-impact brand collaborations that drive growth and enhance brand equity for Kimberly-Clark’s diverse portfolio of consumer brands. As a Remote Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and engagement by forging strategic alliances with external partners, influencers, and complementary brands across various sectors. You will lead the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and post-mortem analysis, all while working from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic brand partnerships that align with Kimberly-Clark's brand objectives and business growth targets.
  • Develop and negotiate compelling partnership proposals, terms, and agreements, ensuring mutual value and clear deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including onboarding, campaign planning, execution, and performance monitoring in a remote capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, legal, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to proactively identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
  • Establish clear KPIs for partnerships, track performance against objectives, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with external partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and present post-campaign analyses, identifying successes, learnings, and recommendations for future partnership strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and stay abreast of industry best practices in brand partnerships and co-marketing.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in CPG or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close complex partnership deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and evaluate partnership potential.
