Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure all fixtures are spotless.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Replenish linen and supplies in guest rooms and storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
