Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Accurately process customer transactions at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and returns.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized displays according to store standards.
- Ensure the sales floor, checkout areas, and backroom are clean, tidy, and safe for both customers and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- Monitor product freshness and expiry dates, removing expired items from shelves.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and loss prevention best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management to ensure smooth store operations.
