Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store dairy product deliveries according to established procedures.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display cases with fresh dairy products, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO – First-In, First-Out).
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper date markings; remove expired or damaged items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dairy department, including shelves, coolers, and back stock areas, in compliance with health codes.
- Operate essential equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Assist customers with product location and inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner, providing excellent customer service.
