Key Responsibilities

- Plan and optimize delivery routes, considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve any issues or delays.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, update statuses, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the proper loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries and logistics, providing professional and timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
